Please read this policy carefully. This is the Refund Policy of Aurora Coaching LLC.

Yes, up until 72 hours before the scheduled start of the Coaching Session. All refunds are subject to a cancellation fee of $50. However, if it is not possible to be present for the scheduled date for the Coaching Session, another date can be agreed at no additional cost for rescheduling the session.
Once the Coaching Session has been completed, there is no refund if the user is not satisfied with the result, also because a lot depends on the opening and commitment of the user and, in any case, the scheduled session has been regularly carried out.
Finally, a great deal of energy, in terms of time and passion, is used to prepare the coaching session. If the user is late for the appointment, he loses that time. If the user does not show up, the amount paid will not be refunded in any way. For our part, we promise to honor our appointments and to be on time.
Your satisfaction with the Program is important to us. We know how much of a game-changer this approach/program can be for you, but you got to do the work. If a refund is requested for what has been purchased, 70% of the cost cannot be exceeded. Below are the instructions to request a refund.
(1) The user must request a refund within 7 days from the purchase, send an e-mail to request your money back to [email protected], specifying the reason why the refund is requested. After the aforementioned deadline, no refunds will be issued.
